When will the diaries be in stock?
Stock will be available for delivery the week commencing the 15th December.

Will I received my order before the end of 2025?
We will do our very best but cannot guarantee this, as the postal service is extremely busy this time of year.

Is your workplace closed over Christmas?
Please do not arrange delivery to your workplace if it is closed over the festive period. If you have already placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try and rearrange delivery.

How are payments made?
Payments can be securely made by PayPal, or Stripe for Credit and Debit Cards.

Can I pay by cheque?
If you cannot make payment by debit card or PayPal, you can choose the cheque option at the checkout. Once you have placed your order PLEASE WRITE YOUR ORDER NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THE CHEQUE, ALONG WITH YOUR NAME & BRANCH NUMBER and send it to: Unite Diary Dept., Pellacraft Ltd, Hermitage House, Hermitage Way, Mansfield, Nott's. NG18 5ES. Alternatively you can download and print off the following form and send along to us with your cheque: Download UK Order Form or Download EURO Order Form

Can I pay by bank transfer?
If you cannot make payment by debit card or PayPal, you can choose the Branch Bank Account Transfer option at the checkout. Once you have placed your order, you'll receive an email confirmation that includes our bank details for you to make payment. PLEASE BE SURE TO ENTER YOUR ORDER NUMBER AS THE PAYMENT REFERENCE.

I would prefer not to place my order online. Can I still order goods from Pellacraft?
Members of our sales team will be happy to take your order over the telephone if you prefer, please call us on 01623 683 466
Our sales office is open from 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Note that we are closed from 23rd December, returning on the 5th January.

When will I receive an invoice?
A copy of your invoice will be communicated via email when you place your order. A hard copy can be sent upon request.
