When will the diaries be in stock?
Stock will be available for delivery from December.

Will I received my order before the end of 2025??
We will try our very best but cannot guarantee this, so ask that you place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

How are payments made?
Payments can be securely made by PayPal, or Stripe for Credit and Debit Cards.

I would prefer not to place my order online. Can I still order goods from Pellacraft?
Members of our sales team will be happy to take your order over the telephone if you prefer.

When will I receive an invoice?
A copy of your invoice will be communicated via email when you place your order. A hard copy can be sent upon request.
